Robert JC Morgan:

Robert began establishing this ministry in 2005 in an effort to help Christian men and women better understand and plan for the best experience possible while serving our Lord in missionary service.

Rob's goal for Mission Ready, Inc. is to play a key role in helping at least 2,000 future missionaries answer their call. Rob's background includes dual careers of 22 years in Teaching and 35 years in Banking.

He currently teaches at the George Fox University - Boise Center where he also hold the honorary title of "Executive in Residence".

Nicholas RD Morgan:

Nicholas came on board with MRI in 2007 as Executive Director. Nick's goals are to eliminate some of the barriers that keep missionaries from accomplishing their call. His personal desire is to see missionaries mobilized in a strategic effort to reach one of the world's most unreached countries, Indonesia.

Nick has an educational history in Philosophy, History, Religious Studies, Theology, and Biblical Studies and has served in various Christian organizations such as Young Life and Calvary Chapel.
